so PA may soon have a $2,000 savings limit to be eligible for food stamps…
so how are you supposed to save to move to a new neighborhood or to send your kid to college or to get a new car or do anything to improve your life? If you can’t afford food, you’re punished by not being allowed to save? I thought saving up money was seen as a good step to getting out of poverty and something we teach people to do to change their lives.
